At Gigi Zikora, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our custom made and made-to-order garments, all sales are final.

*No Refunds We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.*

*Store Credit Store credit may be issued at our sole discretion in the following cases only:*

  • Manufacturing defect or damage
  • Wrong item received

To be eligible, you must contact us within *7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of our decision. If approved, store credit will be issued for a future purchase.*

*Custom Orders Custom made orders are non-returnable and not eligible for store credit under any circumstances, as these pieces are created specifically for you.*
