Q1: How long does it take to make my order?

Turnaround times vary depending on the type of order. Ready-to-wear pieces typically ship within 3 business days, while custom made and made-to-order pieces can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. You will be given a more accurate timeline during your consultation.

Q3: What does a custom made / made-to-order women's fashion brand mean?

At Gigi Zikora, every piece is created specifically for you. Unlike mass-produced fashion, nothing sits on a shelf waiting — your garment is crafted from scratch after you place your order, made to your exact measurements, style preferences, and vision. Q4: Do you make custom orders for children too?

Yes! We love dressing the little ones too. Our exciting "Mommy and Me" collection is coming soon — featuring matching custom pieces for you and your child. This collection will be exclusively available to Insider Members first, so make sure you're signed up to get early access!


Q5: I don't know where to begin, please help!

Don't worry, we've got you! Here's how to start:

  • If you have a vision in mind but don't know how to bring it to life — click the Contact Us / Enquiries button, type "GENERAL ENQUIRIES" in the heading, and write a brief summary of what you're looking for. For example: "I am looking for a custom dress for my sister's wedding" or "I just had a baby and my body has changed, I need a new style" — and we'll take it from there!

Q6: Do you offer styling services or a stylist consultation?

Yes! We offer professional styling consultations to help you discover and define your personal style — whether or not you're placing a custom order. Our styling consultation fee is $100 CAD per hour. Please note this is a separate service from our design/order consultation. To book a styling consultation, click Contact Us / Enquiries, type "STYLING CONSULTATION" in the heading, and tell us a little about what you're looking for. We'd love to help you look and feel your best! ✨


Q7: How do I take my measurements?

Don't worry — you won't be doing this alone! Once your order is confirmed, our in-house designer will schedule a virtual fitting session to guide you through taking accurate measurements step by step. If you're an Insider Member, your measurements can be saved on file for future orders.


Q8: What if my measurements change after I order?

We understand that bodies change — and that's completely okay! Please contact us as soon as possible if your measurements change after placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate any changes depending on where we are in the production process.


Q9: Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Since every piece is custom made specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority — if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will work with you to make it right.


Q10: How do I care for my garment?

Care instructions will be provided with every order based on the fabric and materials used in your piece.
